ScaleX24 builds two things for local and service businesses: a website that turns visitors into enquiries, and an AI Receptionist that answers every call. Most of our clients lose customers the same two ways — people who cannot find them online, and people who ring and get voicemail. We close both gaps.

ScaleX24 is run by Anant Dalal. I am eighteen, I started this business myself, and I build the systems myself. There is no account manager between us. If something breaks at 9pm, you are messaging the person who wrote it, not opening a ticket.
I started it because I kept noticing the same thing: genuinely good local businesses — plumbers, clinics, contractors — losing work to a ringing phone nobody picked up, or to a website that looked like it had been abandoned in 2014. The tools to fix both exist. Most of these businesses were never going to be sold them by an agency chasing bigger logos.
Being young is the point rather than the caveat. I grew up with these tools instead of learning them late, I am not re-selling software I half understand, and I am building this one client at a time — which means your result matters to me far more than it would to a firm with a hundred names on the wall.
What We Build
Web Solutions. A custom-coded site — not a template — engineered to generate enquiries rather than just to look good. It comes with the things a site actually needs to work: your own domain and hosting, business email, Google Business Profile, SEO and indexing, analytics, and a Website ChatBot. We keep running it afterwards.
AI Receptionist. An AI employee that answers your phone the moment it rings — day, night, weekend, holiday — captures the lead with full notes, books the appointment into your calendar, answers your common questions in your own tone of voice, and warms transfers anything urgent to you. Unlimited simultaneous calls, so nobody ever hits a busy tone.
Plenty of clients take both, and we quote them as one package.
Who We Build It For
Local and service businesses where a missed call is a lost job: home services, dental practices, medical clinics, contractors, HVAC and plumbing, law firms, agencies, roofing and med spas. If your work comes in by phone and by search, this is built for you.
We work with clients in India and in the United States, and we price for each separately — the rupee figures on our pricing are the rates we charge in India, not the dollar ones converted.
How We Work
A free thirty-minute discovery call first, where we look at how people find you online, your call volume and busiest hours, and where leads are leaking out. Then we learn your business properly — services, pricing, scheduling rules, FAQs, tone of voice — so that both your site and your AI sound like your best employee rather than like software.
We build, test and stress-run it, review every page and call flow with you, and only then go live. Web builds go live inside a week; AI Receptionists inside two. After launch we monitor, tune and keep improving as you scale.
Your total time investment is usually under two hours.
What We Won't Tell You
We will not promise you a number we cannot control. We do not guarantee particular revenue figures or search rankings, because nobody honestly can. What we will tell you plainly is what a system costs, what it does, when it goes live, and what happens if you want to leave.
Every price is published openly on our pricing page rather than hidden behind a call. Setup fees are split half up front and half on go-live, so you never pay the balance on something you have not seen. The monthly retainer runs for twelve months and does not auto-renew.
