Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which ScaleX24 provides its services. A signed proposal or written agreement for a specific project always takes precedence over anything here.
Using This Website
The content on this site is provided for information. You may read it, share it and get in touch. You may not copy the design, code or copy for use on another website.
Enquiries Are Not Contracts
Submitting the enquiry form, booking a call or exchanging messages does not create a binding agreement. Work begins only once scope and price are agreed in writing.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and are indicative until confirmed in writing for your specific project.
- Every service is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer.
- The setup fee covers building, configuring and launching your system.
- The retainer covers running, monitoring and improving it, and is billed monthly.
- Where a price is shown as "from" or "custom", the final figure depends on scope and is confirmed before any work starts.
- Prices may change; a change never affects an engagement already agreed in writing.
How The Setup Fee Is Paid
The website setup fee is split into two equal halves.
- 50% before work starts. This confirms the booking and covers the build up to your first review. Work begins once it clears.
- 50% when the site goes live. Payable on launch, once you have seen the finished site and approved it. You are never asked for the balance on something you have not seen.
The monthly retainer is separate and starts from the month the site goes live. If you cancel after the first payment but before launch, you owe nothing further and we stop where we are; the first half covers the work already done.
How To Pay
We accept UPI, direct bank transfer, Razorpay and Wise. Clients in India normally pay by UPI or bank transfer; clients outside India normally use Wise or Razorpay, whichever carries the lower fee on the day. Every payment gets an invoice, whichever route you use.
Transfer charges levied by your own bank or payment provider are yours; we quote and invoice net of ours. We never ask for card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time codes — anyone doing so in our name is not us.
We also accept cryptocurrency through Trust Wallet. A few things apply only to that route:
- The invoice is priced in dollars. The crypto amount is worked out at the rate when the invoice is issued and holds for 24 hours; after that we requote, because the rate moves.
- Send only to the address and network we confirm to you in writing, and confirm both with us before you send. Crypto sent to the wrong address or over the wrong network is gone, and neither we nor anyone else can recover it.
- Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. Where any refund is agreed, we make it by bank transfer or UPI in the invoiced currency, not in crypto.
- If network fees leave the received amount short of the invoice, the shortfall is still payable.
Third-Party Costs
Domain registration, domain renewal and hosting are third-party costs and are yours. We pass them on at cost plus a small handling margin, billed separately from setup and retainer fees. Domains renew annually and hosting is billed monthly.
Managing them is ours, and is already covered by your retainer at no extra charge — registering and pointing the domain, DNS records, hosting configuration, SSL certificates, business email setup, and keeping all of it working and renewed on time. In short: you pay what the registrar and host charge, and we do the work.
Domains are registered in your name wherever the registrar allows it. If you leave, the domain is yours to take and we will help you transfer it.
What We Need From You
Delivery timelines assume you provide the content, access and feedback we ask for. Where a timeline is quoted on this site, it runs from the point we have what we need, not from the date of enquiry.
Ownership
On full payment, you own your website content, your brand assets and your domain. We retain ownership of our own underlying tooling, templates and configurations. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Cancelling
There is no long-term lock-in on the retainer. Either side may end it with reasonable written notice, and billing stops at the end of the month already paid for. Setup fees cover work already performed and are not refundable once that work has started.
Limits
We build and maintain the systems carefully, but we cannot guarantee particular business outcomes, revenue figures or search rankings. Services depend on third-party platforms and networks that we do not control, and we are not liable for their outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
